:: Healthy Tasks Office/Daily and Gastric Troubles ::
Each Hour Healthy Task in OFFICE TIME:
1. Drink water two sip
2. Eat a piece of biscuit
3. Get up from chair
4. Move Hand in front and back 5 times
Healthy Task Daily:
1. Exercise is not optional. My goal is to exercise every day. There are some days that I just can’t do it due to illness, work or family commitments but if at the end of a week I haven’t worked out at least 4 times I know I'm not doing enough. Exercise has other benefits besides weight loss. I am so much fitter than I was a year ago.
2. Track every point. Every tiny thing that goes into your mouth has to be tracked.
3. Most vegetables are point free. You can eat as many as you like.
4. Most fruit is only 1 point. Fruit is a good way to satisfy your sweet cravings.
5. Let your family and friends know that you are on weight watchers.
6. Avoid ordering desert. Just have a coffee.
Treat Gastric Troubles:
1. Reduce daily intake of coffee and tea. Drink enough water every day to keep you healthy.
2. Avoid eating sweets after the meals and stop drinking water after eating sweets.
3. Include fruits in your morning meal. Fibers and natural supplements help to retain energy and overcome acidity related problems of the stomach.
4. Avoid spicy foods, vinegar, black tea, chocolate etc. these are a reason for gas and acidity.
5. Eat vanilla ice cream or drink a glass of cold milk to get immediate relief from gas and acidity.
6. Ginger, clove/long; This is good for immediate relief from gas and acidity
7. Avoid raw vegetable salads like onion (পেঁয়াজ), cabbage (বাধাকপি) and radish (মূলা). These are acidity generating vegetables.
